Our challenge this month is simple:
Run or walk one mile everyday during May! Find a partner, fill out your information and you’re all set.
Another fun aspect of this challenge is to post a picture or video everyday that we complete our challenge. It could be a picture of your partner or community, your trails and scenery, or even just your running shoes. It doesn't matter what you post as long as you document it to inspire everyone taking the challenge with you. Don’t forget to use the hashtag #thelivingperson
