Step 2: FIND A PARTNER

The hardest part of these challenges two fold: finding a partner and identifying your "why"

Listen--this isn't a magic trick but on the other hand it is. Relationships and accountability push us to our limit of greatness and help us realize how strong we are when we fail to see it.

So, don't be discouraged if it takes you awhile to find your partner. Keep searching and keep trying. That's what this whole movement is about. 

Once you find a partner/group, it's crucial to have an honest conversation with your partner about your "why."

Ask yourselves why you want to commit to this challenge? Is the reason profound/meaningful or is it superficial? Ask yourselves if you willing to sacrifice time and effort for your "why"? Talk with your partner/s and challenge each other right away to be specific, measurable, realistic, and time sensitive.

Don't forget to establish how often you will check up on each other. Again, be honest and specific. Give your partners permission to push you and call you out. Just remember, this can be as gentle or intense as you want and will be different for everyone.

Once the hard work has been done, write it all out on your challenge card and post it some where that you can see every day.
